A Family Legal Adviser is a trusted adviser who helps clients make informed personal, business, financial, and legal decisions. Too often clients forego legal advice because they are making decision on the fly and can't wait for, or other wise decide they don't need or can't afford a comprehensive legal opinion. Clients often enter into contractual agreements without realizing exactly what they've signed.

We start by building trust and creating a relationship between you and Mr. Heeps. As your Family Legal Adviser, Mr. Heeps will review these common contracts and tell you exactly what you are agreeing to so you can make an informed decision before signing.

Every client's needs are unique. As your Family Legal Adviser you pay an annual fee or monthly retainer to have Mr. Heeps advise and consult you on a variety of both legal and non-legal matters alike. In exchange for the retainer, Mr. Heeps provides enhanced representation and counseling to the client and stands “on‑call” for the client to serve the client’s needs.

Mr. Heeps' concierge approach to law emphasizes prompt, personal attention to a clients’ varying needs at various times, without the expense of a “billable hour." Our firm is not your typical firm.
